Our fee schedule at Webcognita is probably very different than what you’re used to.  We believe in performing cases for a flat fee.

We enjoy doing this so our clients can get results without wondering what the final cost of the investigation will be.

While many investigation companies will charge you an hourly rate, mileage, expenses, report fees, etc., you will know the cost of an investigation that we perform for you. 

Our main concern at Webcognita is to resolve your case, not to charge you for as many hours as possible until you run out of money.

This may seem like a strange way to conduct business, but there is a reason for this.  Our goal is to finish your case as quickly as possible. 

We don’t like to have 4 or 5 cases sitting around in the office that we put some time in each day.  Our clients are important enough to us to complete the case immediately, not several weeks later.

While there is no guarantee on how long a case will last, you can be assured that we will be working on it continually until it is concluded.

To inquire about starting an investigation, simply call us at 928.328.1524 for a free consultation. Since every case is different, we will elicit information about your case, and then we will quote you a flat fee to retain our investigation services.  An advance retainer of 25% of the flat fee quote will be required for all engagements that are accepted by Webcognita.

Once you know the fee for the investigation, you can be rest assured that you will not be charged any more than that to complete your investigation.
